Have located motor and and tested it with direct link to a battery -not working just a dull click. Is it neccessary to unbolt whole unit which the cable runs through or is the motor the unit on top of the winding mechanism which seems to be held on with two philips screws? If it is the whole unit does extracting/refitting the cable pose a problem?
Advice much appreciated.
