Hi all.
I am thinking of changing my c250 for a cls 220 can any body give me any info on that particular model.

Go for the shooting brake, it looks much better and gives you proper rear seats.

I’d also say go for the v6 or amg. The smaller engines suffer from camshaft issues iirc. Happy hunting!

Thanks for your input it is appreciated. I have seen a 220 but now I am doubting wether ghe engine is not good enough for the size of the cls.
My current c250 engine seems powerful enough

Personally the smallest engine that’s sensible in these is the 3.0ltr or bigger, in my opinion. It just makes them that much better with more effortless performance resulting in a more relaxed drive.

That makes a lot of sense.
sSo I think I will look out for a 2017 350 cls but personally I prefer the coupe but that's only a personal preference.

I have a 2013 CLS 250 shooting brake.
Engine is fine. Doesn't struggle or feel underpowered.

Best advice is drive the variants and make your own mind up.

I think this car needs a bigger and smoother engine, 350CDi / d is great in it (63 is better ) look for "Premium Plus" pack
