230te poor start

I have a 1990 230teauto that will not start when hot unless u :( pump the gas pedal now the tick over is terrible and she will not run any ideas guys ?

you could start by looking at the ignition-such as spark plugs,then rotor and distributor cap. also spark plug leads

fuel isues such as mixture setting
