Recently we have had a lot of interest regarding the 250 CDI engine as you know we currently hold the record for the fastest 350 CDI in the world (RA350 cdi).

Over the next few weeks we are developing software to further improve the current gains on the 250 CDI and take another world record based on this.

We are looking to push this to around 290 - 300 with our new Sports DPF system for CDI equipped vehicles. Of course all development vehicles will receive the work done for free and will be given a courtesy vehicle probably the fastest smart CDI in the world !!!

We currently have x1 certain test vehicle however we are looking for a number of vehicles to test with and without the sports DPF.

We are still looking for a 250 CDI PRE facelift running for SPORTS DPF and software completely FREE OFF CHARGE with a courtesy vehicle included (Smart CDI)

The DPF Removal / Sports DPF will be to our knowledge a world first development. Software is your choice but will be targeted towards performance opposed to economy although under normal conditions you will see a small increase in MPG.

Our 250 CDI Remapping development work will begin on the 11th of December we have BIG plans for this engine and aim to produce yet another diesel AMG contender.

Currently we are just going to be developing software but we will be working closely with one of our dealers Rebellion Automotive to Develop sports DPF solutions and a less restrictive intercooler to further unleash AMG destroying torque !

Full sports DPF application for the 250 CDI is already underway the Prototype unit has today been dissembled and is currently awaiting modification (OEM looking).

The first phase of the sports dpf has been completed this morning. The unit is built and now ready to test on 11th. We are expecting a 10 -15 nm raise in torque with this system in place.

Of course we will be logging data and doing full GPS dyno Runs and when completed a rollong road run.

Upon completion of the OE Spec sports DPF we are now manufacturing our own SPEC sports DPF for increased flow and improved exhaust note.
The filter in appearance will still have the oe look but will have more of a purpose we do not expect to see further gains with this unit however we hope to improve throttle response and thermal efficacy.

Its been a late one tonight but we made it.... 270 bhp from the stock 204.

We have so far only spend 18 hrs on this vehicle so more is to come but we are content at the moment with these numbers.
