Can anyone tell me the name of the pulley bolted to the water pump casing, it is approximately 64mm in diameter?
It looks kike the bolt comes through from the rear so the pulley centre must be threaded.
I have had a look on ebay but can only find tensioner pullies.

I don't think you'll be able to buy it on its own. Comes as part of the water pump

looking at pictures of water pumps on e bay, it would seem the pully does indeed come with the pump, its not bolted on appears to be a solid fixing through to inside of the pump.
Have a look on line at pictures.

It isn't the water pump pulley but the one that bolts on next to it on its casing.

It's a drive belt guide/deflection pulley, it is supplied separately from the water pump.
