280 sl 1981 rear belts and seats

Right then, she who must be obeyed has just bought herself a 1981 280sl (r107) and we want to put rear lap belts in firstly. We live around Farnham, so anyone have any ideas of a friendly enthusiast who is a mechanic for future servicing and these belts.

Also where is the best place to get second hand spares, like the rear seat pads?

dare I say it

MB themselves should be a first port of call. Get an idea of the price involved.
Then hie yourself off to that nice man at SBS and see what he asks for his kit. You might want to go the whole hog and fit a three-pointer while you are at it.
You could also try Britax and see if they do a kit.
