280ce stalling fault

Hello all,

I've got a 123 280ce 110 engine, that i'm trying to sort at the moment. The problem i have is that when it get's hot the car won't idle at all if you two foot the car it will drive and drives o.k, until you pull up to a junction then it will stall again? It will start straight away just won't idle.

What sort of idle recognition has a car of this age got? I'm only 22 so this engine is abit before my time. Is there any good source's of any manuals for this age of car that would give me techincal info for this injection system?

Is the idle OK when its cold.
