3 pin power factory harness MC3520

3 pin power harness for a MC 3520
I have a Mercedes C180K 2006, w203. I have just bought from MBdoctor the CD changer MC3520 , they sent me the unit and the fiber optic cable, but not the power cable, where can I get this cable from ?? does anybody have the specs of this power cable so I can make it done ??? I appreciatte the help,
