I need to find a (3L, 89, gas) manual to show me how to pull the head. Any suggestions please?

It would be a long trip from the USA to Halfords in the UK!

eBay offers a manual on 2 CD's that would show you what you need. Failing that, the book is available from the Haines web site at: http://www.haynes.com/na.html Califoirnia distributor.
