:confused:I changed the plugs the other day, first the autofactors gave me later car plugs with gasket. Then I got h7dc bosch ones. I removed from the car hr8dc plug's. The car now seems to run a little lumpy, should it have in h7dc, h8dc (gsf suggestion) or the removed hr8dc?? I understand from reading the hr plugs are resistive type?/

Any help appreciated.

if you give your full VIN to the parts person at the dealer he will give you the correct plugs and they will be cheap - like 2 pounds each (approx) might even be less.

Think thats what I will have to do, so annoying the Camberly Auto Factors got it wrong twice, going on the Reg. I just hate thinking the car is running lumpy now, and cannot rememeber what it was like before!!

Would h7dc to h8dc make that much difference?

My 300 TE runs very well on NGK BPR6 EFS resistive plugs. I always use NGK plugs in all my cars and have never had a problem. :D

Assuming it a 124 (1985-91), I think you will find Bosch H8DCO or NGK BP6EFS will do the trick

H8DCO/Hr8DC is the correct plug , put the wrong plugs in at your peril !
