300E-24 Starting problem

Hi Friends,
I am based in Pune, India. I have just bought a 300E-24 with a Carat Ducatelet kit, with around 28K miles. I need to really crank the starter for it to start everytime. Also, till it reaches operating temp. I cannot accelerate properly. Once up to temperature, the Car runs beautifully.

Any guidance would be most welcome.

Carat Duchatelet? Is it bullet proof then - don't they make armoured Rolls Royces and Range Rovers? http://www.carat-duchatelet.be/index.php

Sounds like you need to get it serviced - new plugs maybe?

Test the fuel pressure whn cold.

No, not bulletproof, only bodykit and alloy wheels. Already changed plugs, all filters and all lubricants.
