300se cutting out

I have a problem with my 300se, it starts up fine and ticks over ok. when I drive it for a short while (2 minutes) and come to slow down to a stop it keeps spluttering and sometimes cuts out. When it does cut out it wont start again until about 15 minutes has passed any ideas

I had same problem looked at everything before finding faulty ECU located in passenger footwell ,replaced and ran perfectly after

Chek the throttle valve 'closed' position - is it being activated when car is at a stop ?

If not, then this is most likely the problem.

Also, check deceleration microswitch, again is it activated on stop ?
