How did it compare to an Aston Martin DB5......

I have not driven a DB5 to give a comparison, only a Graber DB2. Astons have alluded me, I did have a short speedy trip in a DB4 GT a few years back. That was also memorable as it had an R.S.Williams engine and pulled like a train.

I drove a DB5 and thought it was a bit agricultural compared to a D-Type Jaguar.
I did drive my mates old C-Type, though this one was a replica, it seemed to drive better than the D-Type. I did know someone with a Gullwing but never got the chance to drive it, a friend of mine drove it though and the first thing he said was it felt like he was taking off in second gear. Apparently they are high geared?
