300TE (1992 UK) Air Not Working

I know this must be an old topic but it is new to me and the fine vehicle I now drive. It seems a shame to have it scarred by this disability considering it is immaculate throughout. Any thoughts on what the common problems are would be appreciated.

i assume you mean air conditioning?? it just might need regassing as when the gas pressure drops to a certain point it wont work
