Hello all, not been on for a while as ****** laptop packed up!

I've got a G reg 124 300te-24v, this is a early m104 engine with what i believe is the old Ke bosch injection system. Correct me please if i'm wrong. The car orginally cut of whilst driving so now is a non start. When ignition is turned on the fuel pump self primes as it should but when you crank the fuel pumps get no feed. I have replaced the OVP relay no improvement, Have also fitted a Mas relay - this is the fuel pump relay but is bigger and more expensive than a normal fuel pump relay! That also made no improvement. I have got spark! Ive got voltage at the mas relay also i've got a cranking voltage to this relay, Also i've got some sort of pluse get to this relay possible crankshaft sensor input?

Any help will be very helpful

Thanks

Note: car does have an old alarm fitted but the alarm has been dissconnected and the immobiliser was on the starter circuit!

Hi

The plugs may be wet. Remove the plugs, dry and refit.

Also, is the fuel getting past the injectors. Just remembered, turn it over before removing the plugs and see if you smell petrol on the plugs.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, The fuel pump doesn't run that's why it doesn't start, so the plugs won't be wet as no fuel is getting up there! Just wondered if anyone had any ideas of what else could cause pumps not to run?

Thanks

Lee
