Hi all, just joined and need advise on a few issues.
just aquired a 1999 310d sprinter.
its an old van with 200k done.
IT wont do over 60mph.
It starts ok but kinda stumbles into life,ie revs up when it wants to not when its told to.
Driving round town its fine,but show it a hill and it dies.
any ideas as to why?i had a 2.5 transit that performed better, even my mates 308d is sharper.
done the fuel and air filter,made no difference.
What the common cause for these symtoms,all help greatly appreeciated.oh yea the heater blower isnt working,fuses all good,the afore mentioned 308 ha sthe same heater issue.not the kind of weather for it.
