in the present climate apart from garaging the ol, girl any tips on storage? also what isthe most one should be expected to pay mines nearly mint 108 k on clock a bit of history I paid 8k

For what it's worth I have the same car and I left it out on the drive for six weeks. I subsequently had to get the water out and dry the carpets as they seem to leak when they're stationery rather than when they're moving. I bought a car cover from classicadditions.co.uk and it worked perfectly.

The price you're talking about is also spot on (my one was slightly lower mileage and a slightly higher price).

thanks for that phil the only question is do they do a stand for the hard top ? it's a 83 model

I noticed that you said your hard top was leaking a little. On the 129 series people take the rubber off and put a sealer in., if the rubbers are bad there are a few firms in Germany selling all of these parts.

The best advise I can give you is to buy a copy of Mercedes Enthusiast magazine. There's a few people who sell them and they all have ads.
