SLC/2017/2.0
Hi everyone
An uncharacteristically sunny day here in England so it's time to get the top down.

I've had 2 SLKs and now have a 2017 SLC and this weather on a weekend is good enough reason to put all other weekend chores aside and get out there and enjoy every ray of sunshine.

After my first SLK (R170) my husband was so impressed by the build quality that his next car was a Mercedes followed by his cherished E class..

It feels like we've "arrived"...love them.

Hi and welcome to the forum, I have been toying with the idea of having an SLC myself but what is holding me back is the prospect of water leaks. I had a VW Eos a few years ago and that was atrocious ! Please tell me you have never had problems with water leaks.:)

I only picked up the car last weekend but my previous 2 SLKs never leaked in the roof area so I'd be surprised if this one does...well I hope it doesn't!!

It’s SL’s (R230’s) that leak, not SLK’s / SLC’s

I asked @sonic about that and he said that he had one that did leak :)
Yes correct, a 2010 SLK200K. No problems with the SLC, & they have modified the rain catchers off the boot lid. MB must have released they did have a problem.

Our 2009 V6 SLK leak water into the boot, I had an XLO sponge strategically placed to catch the water. Easy to catch in one of those sponges and wring out.
I never told any of you lot................:p
