420 SEC - Any Information Gladly Received

I am about to purchase a 420 SEC, 1989 G, 90,000 miles. Apart from the rear window leaking and problems with the timing chain (according to a US web site) is there anything that I should look (or listen) out for when I test the car this weekend? This is probably the only MB V8 engine I have never owned.
