560 SEL, window guide runner white plastic push shoe needed!!

Hi all,I need to source a parts supplier that has the small white rectangular plastic push shoes that slide in the window runner,) to make it raise or lower. I managed to find them on an american website but they wont post outside the US.
560 sel 1989.

why dont you just get a complete regulator... i think i paid £30 for a second hand one off ebay.
