560SEC tyres?

Can anyone recommend ideal tyres for 1991 560SEC. Decent grip & quiet ride a priority.

As you may tell from the spelling, car is a Brit, so UK available brands only, please

Avon tyres are excellent, and not too pricey.

Next up Michelin's are gret - but very pricey.

Avon ZZ3 and ZZ1's are extremely good.

I am not too fussy about the tread pattern since I personally don't feel it's not that crucial with road cars - with F1 cars, yes, it makes a massive difference, but for us, so long as the tyre returns good grip for a reasonable length of time, that's good enough.
