639 Alarm

Still the 2014 Viano,
I was expecting to find the alarm sounder behind the fr n/s wheel liner. Now I'm in there I don't see evidence.
Can anyone point me to the location?

Has it got one?

I had problems with it on my W203 but never even noticed one on the W639. (Disconnected the one on the W203 due to battery problems causing flashing lights etc.) If it's a similar unit, it should have started playing up on my W639 by now (2007).

Some research would suggest it should be behind bumper, in front of wheel arch liner on the o/s.
I don't have one there but a plug with nowt on't end maybe means mines missing.

I'm expecting it to have 3 wires and be live for charging. But I've got wet enough today doing other bits so maybe I'll learn more tomorrow. Then I guess I'll buy one and try it.
