639 rear wiper stuck on

i can't turnthe rear wiper off on my 2.2 cdi viano 2005.

i'm thinking perhaps a relay has jammed.

had to remove the fuse at the mo to avoid burning out wiper motor.

any clue where a relay would be or other cause.
