Hi, can someone shed some light on an issue with this auto box on my son’s car. It’s a 2.1 CLA around 2014.
Problem is car will not drive when D or any gear selected. If put in D and try to drive engine vibrates violently. It was scanned and popped up these codes:
07e60 locking solenoid for park pawl malfunction
07156 rpm sensor ‘turbine wheel’ fault
09210 shift valve of inner shaft malfunction
07760 pressure regulator valve 2 not closing
So does it require gearbox ECU/ torque converter/gearbox itself? Thanks

Interesting mix of issues, probably caused by one fault.
I'd be suspecting an electroplate issue or oil contamination in the plug for the gearbox wiring harness.
I'm sure that someone more knowledgeable will be along shortly.
If when in neutral or park with the engine running the gearbox is quiet then unlikely a mechanical fault.

When I last drove it it seemed to me to have slightly jerky change from D to R and a short delay before reversing. That was compared to a C220 (2014) i was driving at the time which was way quicker to change D-R and accelerated immediately.
Also the previous owner told my son when buying he never used handbrake just put it in Park.

Whereabouts are you?

If you don't already have a garage experienced in Mercedes, we could suggest one (usually not a Main dealer!) to make sense of, if not solve, the issue(s)
