8.5J X 17H2 offset ET 38 will they fit a 129

does anyone know if the 8.5J X 17H2 offset ET 38 sized wheels will fit a 129. They are Merc OEM from an E class. The Offset on the orignals which need taking off and sorting is 35 so only 3mm in it ??
