New Registration
My van is starting and running well other than very low power output. I do all my own 
mechanic work on this vehicle. Main fuel and plastic in line , tank fuel filter have been changed. Diesel hand primer and air filter have been replaced.
Throttle linkage adjusted correctly and throttle vacum cylinder in goodworking order. Exhaust brake is functioning correctly and returning to off position. I am not getting any black smoke when bliping throttle and reving hard which makes me think that injector pump is not fuelling enough. Has anyone out there had this same problem or any ideas how to solve this lack of power?
