I always do a search of the forum first before posting, couldn't find anything.
When I start from cold, idling seems very poor & rough to the point of nearly cutting out! When warmed up, not to bad. Also when sitting in traffic, at lights, or just stopped in general with engine left idling, the revs can sometimes jump high like a surge, not revving itself to death, just jumps a bit above what I would consider proper idle. It generally can be too low or out of the blue, jump high. Only a nuisance when starting or idling, doesn't appear to effect car when on the move. Car has 380,000 miles. Injectors, fuel filters & heater plugs renewed Aug 2005.
Any info greatly appreciated.
