THE FUEL IS OBVIOUSLY DRAINING BACK INTO THE TANK OVERNIGHT. IT ONLY IS HARD STARTING IN THE MORNING, NOT AT ANY OTHER TIMES. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHERE TO LOOK?

Maybe you have a glowplug or two down, or low compression.

Assuming it's fuel then check all the unions between the tank and pump.

This is not the answer but will help.

Don't drive around with your lights on when you don't need them. It will allow your battery to charge up properly.

You can try some oil like BP 3000 which allows easy starting because it is still pretty runny when cold.

When you turn you ignition on does the glow plug light light up? Does it go out after about 15 seconds? If the light illuminates again after the car starts then you have a glow plug or more than one glow plug out if you still think it?s fuel running back to the tank then try facing you car downwards thus stopping the fuel running back. Hope this helps
