Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone could tell me what I might be able to do to my new (used) 190e, I don't want it to have a silly muffler that sounds like a stock car or anything ridiculous, I'm just hoping to get a few more horses out of and a bit quicker acceleration. Would it be possible to drop a 2.6 in or is it too big - sorry I don't know much about vehicles or mechanical stuff.. just trying to see what I can have done to her.
Thanks in advance!

If your car knowledge is limited and most of the work would be done by someone else then you need to consider the costs, your best option would be to buy a MB with more power.

The cost of swapping engines verses cost of buying a 2.6 having sold the 2.0 is a no-brainer esp as the bigger engined car will be no more expensive!

Sell your car and buy a 2.6 or a Cossie if you can find one thats good and not too pricy.
