Hi
I own a 93' W124 diesel which quite suddenly lost clutch pressure. The pedal didn't drop to the floor, it always returned up after pressing it down.
I have no visible fluid loss and I quite recently got a repair kit (all the washers/bushes including the piston) and did the master cylinder. Also got the slave cylinder new rubber washers.
When the master cylinder failed the clutch pedal didn't return when I removed my foot off the pedal. So I assumed it can't be the master cylinder.
Is it the slave cylinder? Or something else?
Please help.
Thanks

I see you replaced the seals,,, so question is did it ever work after you did this ? if no then one or even 2 of the seals are in the wrong position . Or the easy one is air in the system .
