95 e320 break fluid problem

couple week ago i was stopping my car and my break pedal went straight to the floor. i checked my break fluid level and it was empty. so i went and put more in and same thing happen 5 days later. my rims had the dry fluid showing up on them bad even right after i clean them. any suggestions on what it might be?

A caliper on one wheel has gone if the fluid is only on one wheel, it may be brake pipe rusted and spraying it out or hose split
