I'm attempting to remove the left side door panel from my s320. I removed the large philips screw in back of the arm rest and released the plastic clips around the botom and sides but there is still something holding the panel to the door. It seems to be about where the pull handle is but I can't see any way to loosen it. Your help is much appreciated!

in my coupe 1997 there are three screws:-
1) in the arm rest is a small (12mm x 8mm ) panel / cover covering a verical / 45 degree screw

2) behind the SRS badge (which you dont have....)iirc is another - located in the middle of the long leather panel about where your elbow would be, but back 3"

3) another behind a plastic / rubber plug under the arm rest.

Thanks for the reply. There are some differences perhaps because mine is a sedan but I finally got brave enough to pull the power seat control panel off (I was concerned about cracking the laminate) and when I did it revealed 2 10mil bolts. Problem solved. Thanks again!
