Are there any photos or diagrams online, of how the mechanical window winding cables are routed onto the motorised winding drum, I removed it to install a new motor and the whole ****** thing has sprang apart, the cables are off the winder and its not at all obvious how to get it back together.

How close to the set in picture is yours?

Basically you have one cable with a “bullet” at each end.

One end is wound around the reel clockwise and the bullet is inserted into a notch.
The other end is wound around the reel counter-clockwise and the bullet is inserted into the other notch.

The above is done with the reel out of the mechanism and when you have done the winding around the reel bit, the reel is then reattached to the mechanism followed by the motor.

That’s all from memory so hope I am correct and it applies to your set up.
