My newly purchased CLK200 has been acting up for my missus just so as she can tell me that she should have bought an A3 Audi. Anyway, the passenger door or the boot never unlocks with the central locking and the other night at a petrol station the drivers door refused to open, the button popped up ok but the door wouldnt open. Tried the key also but with the same result. Had to press the 'open boot button' on the fob, release the back seats, crawl in through the boot and open the door from the inside. A bit inconvenient to say the least. Tried it again when I got home and the same thing happened. Seems to be working OK now but I cant trust it. Was going to take off the drivers door panel yesterday but the AirBag sign put me off as did the fact I didnt know where to start, no hidden screws like Im used to.
So, any help with any of the above would be most useful.
Thanks in advance
Mike
