OK, I'm usually quite adept at things like this, having owned 'fixers' for the past 10 years but this has me stumped.
Both my front fogs don't work. Oddly enough they both went out at the same time. The bulb out indictor on the dash is lit but niether of the lamps are. After finally figuring out how to get to them, I've removed the bulbs and checked them with my meter and they're fine, similarly the fuse.
Can anyone shed any light on this? (no pun intended)
Also, I've also figured out how to get the dash out to change the iffy bulb in there. What a ****** nightmare and all for the sake of a poxy bulb.
I think I can honestly say that in 26 years of motoring, this has to be the worst car I've ever had for DIY maintenence. Still. I'm not losing the faith, I love the car too much for that. I simply refuse to pay some spotty oik at MB £100 per hour to do something I can probably do myself for free.
