9k service on the 2018 C300 at local MB dealership

B service carried out today and I think a software update has resulted in some settings defaulting to factory. Front parking sensors are now not working (have checked they are not switched off). Any ideas?

Its down to them to know and restore yr settings if they carry out any update.
Personally I want nothing to do with updates,I simply want the car to remain in the electronic state that I bought it in!!
How are yr gearshifts,mpg since yr service/update ?

Only picked the car up and drove it home so the only issue so far are the parking sensors. It's just the inconvenience to have to book it in again, get transport, leave it with them for a day, pick it up at the end of the day. Is there a fast fix? I have not got the time to p/ss about like this!

I would be having a word with the service manager, I would suggest they collect the car & leave me a car to get about in?

They have been done on both of our cars, cant say I have noticed any difference.
