a '91 300sel or '94 e320?

im down to my last couple days before i choose a car to buy and im stuck between a '91 300sel and '94 e320. both are in almost perfect condition but the 300sel has 151k miles while the e320 has 88k. the sel is about $4,000 cheaper than the e320 but i adore them both and am finding the choice a tough one.

anyone have any thoughts?

New to this so you've probably made a decision. E320 quicker and more agile but the road presence of a lwb W126 almost second to none.
