hi, i have a 04 plate A160 with a audio 10 cd player with autochanger in the boot. When i press the CDC button on the head unit, the display says NO CDC. Any ideas? there's power to the changer as it ejects ok and the magazine is full of cd's.

Is the cd changer from factory or is it just been installed?
