A-Class cental locking

i valeted my A class merc 1.6 classic and the central locking does not now work. Also the central locking button inside car does not work either.
I understand it may be something to do with the actuator - but can someone tell me please how to resolve and make central locking work again..

Just had my A class merc valeted and the central locking does not work now. The central locking button inside the car also does not work. I understand it may have something to do with the actuator - can someone please advise on how to get Central locking working again.
