Hi

My A class 160acs (2000) has started running as if there is a fuel blockage.

I have changed the plugs, air filter, sprayed the glass reeds in the mafs unit, changed the fuel filter and done a sniffer test to check the head gasket.

Still the problem persists. There is a distinct loss of power and the symptoms are similar to a fuel blockage in that the car is not running smoothly and has flat spots when you increase the throttle whilst in neutral.

Any ideas would most greatly be appreciated.

Thank you

the most obvious on that one will be the mafs, they never respond to cleaning. repair is approx £220, but you really need to start with a fault code and data check first.
