A Class power point

I bought a camera for the front and without wanting to wreck the trim connected it to the cigar lighter with wires showing.
Wanted to fit one in the rear and thought it might be easier as the wiring is exposed but cant find anything live with without any of the lights on.
Anything Ive missed?
If a towbar were fitted (it isnt ) where would they take the permanently live feed from on this car? I seem to remember from caravan days it was on one of the pins of the second socket?

(In years gone by there would probably be switched earths and therefore live points available in the boot)

I'd suggest a spare fuse in the rear SAM, check the fuse chart for a suitable slot.
