Hope someone can help with this, cleaning the car and rolled the rear side window down and it came out of the rear channel at an angle, I`m fairly mechanically minded so I took the door panel off to find another plastic panel behind it with the motor on etc. This panel is fixed to the door with top hat rivets all the way round. How do I get access to try and get the window back in before the bad weather Please.

I suspect that you will have to drill out all the rivets to remove the plastic panel. Not that difficult if you are handy with a drill.

As above.
Not if you can access both the tope and bottom of the glass, you could always try and relocate it by manoeuvring it top and bottom then prop it in place with a bit of wood.
Had to do that with an E class when the regulator failed.
