A Class steering wheel

I would like to change the steering wheel on my A140 Avantgarde. Can anyone tell me the procedure for this or if it there are any major problems with this regarding the air bag on removal or refitting. Has anyone also got a good quality steering wheel for sale as mine has gone very smooth and shinny which feels terrible.
