A Class suspension noise

Hi all, just bought a diesel A Class, love the car, but I've got a noise when I turn the wheel. The front left spring seems to be sticking a bit when I turn the wheel, looks like the top strut bearing is a bit stiff, you can see the spring winding up and releasing. Does anyone know of an easy fix, or do I have to strip it to lube the top bearing ?
