Hi guys,
can anyone tell me how long their car takes to get up to the roughly 90° degree coolant mark in a W176 Diesel?
My mum has the 2013 W176 A-Class A180 CDI.
She told her stop start stopped working a while ago, i thought this was the auxiliary battery but was no error about it on the dash.
We just left it and put it down to her driving the car about once a week roughly.
However today I was with her and after a combined 25 minutes roughly of driving and idling, the coolant temperature gauge was around 60/70.
I feel like it should have been warmed up by that point and that it is taking too long? Can anyone tell me if this is normal or not?
Got no errors on dash. In my little Polo, stop start only works after certain conditions are met, like economy and temperature.
Thank you
J
