right i put my c240 in today at my cousins place and put my c32 amg in at merc with me just buying it

the c240 all done and sound no problems cost 80 pound the amg was dropped off at 830 this morning a mercedes benz newcastle ,booked in for a full service and aft done too , phone call at 4ish to say they where having problems ,so could i leave it there till tomorrow so i said yeah and didnt think anything about it so i pass mb newcastle on my way home so i deceide to pop in to see what was wrong as i was thinking the worst ,spoke to 4 ppl no one wanted to tell me what was wrong ,so i lost it and demanded the manager who came red face to tell me the lad doing the service and aft had alot of his mind and put the aft into my engine dip stick hole not my aft 1, i went mad , they say they will drain it all and put new engine oil in again and do all the work free ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, will this cause any damage to my engine ,need urgent help with this

Its shouldnt cause any problem as long as it wasnt run, if if it was, a good flush should be ok, as long as it wasnt run with 5 plus liters of engine oil and 3-4 plus liters of gearbox oil as well in the sump!

I ASKED THE SAME QUESTION ,ALL I GOT WAS HES HIGHLY TRAINNED ,MY 18 YR OLD SON LOOKED OLDER ,,,never again will i use them now

Then how does a HIGHLY trained tech fill the engine up with ATF.

Still, the more the dealers muck up, makes us little guys look better!!!

Maybe he served his apprenticeship with Jock Campbell at The Garage?
Those guys are a real laugh sometimes considering they are called mechanics.

I wont be, i do my own car, and at a mb dealer, dont even work there anymore, still service it there though!!

Like the stamps in the book!!!
