I had my A service yesterday. Around lunchtime I received a call from the dealer to say they found a few items that needed attention. They found: -
* a fault with the running (it was running rich) which is why I had my emmisions light on occasionaly - they reprogrammed the electronics (ECU?)
* an oil leak from the gear box where a cable goes in - grommet replaced
* a rubber suspension bush that was cracked - bushes replaced

When I picked up the car and after I recovered from the £540 bill  (including the service), which had a 10% discount on parts and labour, I tried the car. It was great, almost as though I had a new car. I was really impressed with the performance.

It sure was a mighty big bill but I think I'm happy (that makes a change, there, I said it before anybody else!)

You're right Gord, but although I might have said it I don't have to like it.

Bet I did.

I meant, I bet you don't do what I was thinking you said you did, but don't have to like it!

Not, I bet you didnt think what I was thinking.

The again, maybe you did think what I was thinking, but chose to interpret the statement that you did think it was what I was thinking even though it wasn't what I was thinking you did!

See?

And I still bet you don't! (That is do what I was thinkign you won't, not that you thunked the same as what I thought!)
