A Service

I was just wondering, what exactly does an A service entail?

A service is change of oil and filter. B service is change of oil and filter and wiper blades. Anything else is extra, from my experience, except the odd dent.

Surely B service includes Spark Plugs and Air Filter?

Unfortunately not. They just spend a bit more time looking round the car and charge you accordingly.

Sadly not. Change of plugs on my car (SLK320) is an extra £250.

Mileage also determines what is and isn't changed, spark plugs for instance I believe are supposed to last 100,000 or there abouts.

Agreed, but the question was what's "included" in a B service and the answer is very little apart from a lot of pointless checks.
