I had to go to the airport this morning to pick up a girlfriend arriving on flight FI430. I waited in the arrival hall for ages and eventually I heard my name on the tannoy, I was being summoned to the information desk.

Beside the information desk there was a silver sports car on a stand and a young boy looking after it, it was some sort of raffle. The car looked a bit flimsy, so I didn't give it a second glance. I made myself known at the info desk and they said my girlfriend had been detained by imigration and they would be out to interview me shortly.

I had to wait about an hour before imigation came to see me. I observed the hoi polloi walking past the raffle and making comments like "look at the size of the tyres!". One guy asked about what sort of guarantee you got with the bodywork. I even had a look at the car myself, it was a Ferrari F430, same as the one on Top Gear tonight.

Questions:

1. The fact that the now deported girlfriend was on flight FI430, this looks very similar to F430, is this a sign that I should have forked out £60 for this car.

2. There was a website mentioned on the stand, does anyone know it's address.

3. What are the service intervals on a Ferrari F430.

That's the one, I'm sure it was tan with a pink interior though.

It looked a bit basic but seemed to be well finished.

The car wasn't to bad either.

I better get my ticket bought.

you need to service the F430 every 3000mils...if it makes it that far without a total engine rebuild that is......

Aktually...she is an American.

I think we have a reciprocal agreement with the states, they don't let us in and we don't let them in.
