A140 e/windows

hi all,
my first post, and hope some1 can help. Ive just bought my first MB its a used A140 aventgarde, the rear e/windows do not work, iam i engineer and work with dc voltages etc in my day job so i would like to tackel this job if i can, can any1 give some advice on what should be my first steps..

Just a wild shot, do you have a child window lock switch ?

the car didnt come with a user manual (bidding on 1 atm on ebay) but i for what i can tell without the manual yes there is a child lock switch, but it dosent seem to matter, on either position the windows still dont work, uve gavin me an idea possibly this switch is faulty, only got the car last night and its for the wife so i will have a better look at it on the weekend..
